Reasonable layer height of overburden isolation grouting for Dashe Mine
In order to reasonably determine the optimum grouting layer height of overburden isolation grouting in Dashe Coal Mine,3DEC numerical simulation method was used to establish the design scheme of six different grouting layer heights(220 m,240 m,260 m,280 m,300 m,320 m)in combination with the actual situation of 921102 working face in Dashe Coal Mine.We analyze the supporting effect of grouting filling material on the key strata of overburden,and the influence of dif-ferent grouting layer heights on the surface subsidence and surface inclination of working face.The results show that the maximum settlement of the surface increases with the increase of the height of the grouting layer.The fitting curve of the height of the grouting layer and the maximum subsidence is established,and the height of the grouting layer is exponentially related to the maximum subsidence.As the height of the grouting layer increases,the amount of surface tilt deformation also increases.The fitting curve of the height of the grouting layer and the amount of surface tilt deformation is established,and the height of the grouting layer is exponentially related to the surface tilt deformation value.The actual industrial result is basically identical with the digital simulation result.
