浅埋上下煤层高强度开采工作面矿压显现规律

摘要
为研究隆德煤矿浅埋深1-1煤与2-2煤协调开采过程中工作面矿压显现规律,采用支架压力监测系统开展工作面来压规律分析,钻孔应力监测系统及CT探测技术开展上下煤层工作面应力实测,钻孔窥视仪及顶板离层仪开展工作面回采巷道变形特征研究.结果表明,上煤层中厚偏薄工作面周期来压步距10~24.4 m,中部来压强度平均40 MPa;下煤层大采高工作面周期来压步距7.2~18.8 m,来压强度平均11 230 kN;钻孔应力计实测确定2-2煤工作面超前应力平均影响范围为40.8 m,应力峰值为5.3 MPa;CT探测确定2-2煤层超前工作面59.5 m以外无显著影响;顶板钻孔窥视与离层监测确定了上覆1-1煤层开采对下方2-2煤层影响不显著.
Abstract
For the study of 1-1 and 1-2 coal working face pressure behavior law of Longde Coal Mine with shallow buried depth in process of coordination mining,support pressure monitoring system are used to carry out analysis on the weighting rule.Borehole stress monitoring system and the CT detection technology are adopted to conduct the experimental study of the upper and lower coal seam face stress,and mining face roadway deformation characteristics is studied using drilling peep in-strument and meter roof abscission.Results show that working face of the upper coal seam has a periodic pressure step dis-tance of 10~24.4 m,and the medium pressure strength is 40 MPa.In the lower coal seam,the working face with large min-ing height has a periodic weighting step distance of 7.2~18.8 m and an average weighting strength of 11 230 kN.The aver-age influential range of advanced stress on 2-2 coal face is measured and determined by borehole stress meter as 40.8 m,and the peak stress is 5.3 MPa.CT detection confirmed that there was no significant influence beyond 59.5 m on the ad-vance working face of 2-2 coal seam.Roof borehole peep and separation monitoring confirmed that the mining of the overly-ing 1-1coal seam has no significant influence on the lower 2-2 coal seam.
