高性能双软管隔膜泵曲轴可靠性设计

针对某高性能双软管隔膜泵国产化研制项目的核心零件曲轴进行结构可靠性设计.通过对曲轴的运动学分析,结合运行过程中所受动态载荷,研究曲轴的最大应力与变形,校核曲轴的危险截面疲劳强度,并通过模态分析得到曲轴的振动频率与振型.结果表明,曲轴结构强度与刚度安全可靠,危险截面疲劳安全系数为3.2,振动频率高于工作频率,满足曲轴结构设计要求.研究结果得到工程化应用,并取得良好的效果.
Reliability design of crankshaft of high performance double hose diaphragm pump
Aiming at the localization of high-performance double hose diaphragm pump,we design the structural reliability of the core component crankshaft.Through the kinematic analysis of the crankshaft,and on the basis of the dynamic load during operation,the maximum stress and deformation of the crankshaft are further studied,and the fatigue strength of the dangerous section of the crankshaft is checked.Finally,the vibration frequency and mode shape of the crankshaft are obtained through modal analysis.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the crankshaft structure are safe and reliable,the fatigue safety factor of the dangerous section is 3.2,the vibration frequency is higher than the working frequency,and the crankshaft structure design meets the requirements.The research results provide guidance for the localization and popularization of high-performance double hose diaphragm pump with good effect.
