深部地层围岩稳定性是矿区安全高效生产的重要影响因素,近距离巷道施工会导致围岩应力相互扰动,造成更严重的破坏.以淮南矿区潘三煤矿主井井筒近距离3.5 m大直径溜煤眼工程为研究背景,首先阐明溜煤眼施工的必要性,并根据弹塑性力学及实际运煤需要分析确定溜煤眼直径,优选反井钻施工工法;细化反井钻导孔、扩孔、完孔及钻机拆除的工艺流程,并针对溜煤眼施工工程设计锚网喷支护参数,选取MSGLW-400型φ22 mm锚杆,间排距800 mm × 800 mm,配合双层φ6 mm ×1 000 mm × 1 700 mm的钢筋网,喷厚度200 mm C30混凝土进行联合支护,经巷道围岩及主井衬砌结构稳定性观测反馈,支护参数科学有效.
Construction and support technology of shaft close distance coal chute in deep strata
The stability of surrounding rock in deep strata is an important factor affecting the safe and efficient production of mining areas.The construction of close-distance tunnels will cause the mutual disturbance of surrounding rock stress with more serious damage.This paper is based on the research background of the main shaft of Pansan Coal Mine in Huainan mining area with a close distance of 3.5 m and a large diameter of coal chute.Firstly,the necessity of coal chute construction is clarified,and its diameter is determined according to the analysis of elastic-plastic mechanics and actual coal transporta-tion requirement,and the construction method of reverse well drilling is optimized.The process flow of reverse well drilling guide hole,expanding hole,hole completion and drilling rig removal is refined,and the anchor mesh shotcrete support pa-rameters for the coal chute construction engineering are designed.We select MSGLW-400 φ22 mm anchor rod,row spacing 800 mm × 800 mm,with double layers φ6 mm × 1 000 mm × 1 700 mm steel mesh,and 200 mm thick of C30 concrete is sprayed for combined support.Through the observation and feedback of the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway and the lining structure of the main shaft,the support parameters are scientific and effective.
