煤矿井下混凝土搅拌站与地面输料孔设计

随着我国特大型矿井建设的逐步推进,对井下混凝土的供给量及质量要求不断提高,尤其近几年陕北片区快速掘进技术的发展应用,巷道掘进进尺显著提升,但也导致相应的混凝土地坪施工及喷浆支护工程明显滞后.为进一步提高混凝土输送效率及质量,创新性地设计了输料孔、井下混凝土搅拌站及配套巷道工程,并对井下搅拌站进行了设备配套,将混凝土搅拌站安装至井下.提出了新的煤矿井下混凝土输送、制造工艺,将沙子、石子等原材料通过地面输料孔输送至井下,由井下搅拌站加工为成品混凝土,最终由无轨胶轮车运送至使用地点.该项工程设计在小保当煤矿取得成功应用.
Design of underground concrete mixing station and surface feeding hole in mine
With the gradual advancement of the construction of super large mines in China,the requirements for the supply and quality of underground concrete have been constantly improved.Especially in recent years,the development and applica-tion of rapid tunneling technology in northern Shaanxi has significantly improved the footage of roadway tunneling,but also led to the obvious lag of the corresponding roadway floor construction and shotcrete support project.In order to further im-prove the efficiency and quality of concrete transportation,the material conveying hole,underground concrete mixing station and supporting roadway project were innovatively designed,and the equipment of underground mixing station was selected,and the concrete mixing station was installed underground.A new underground concrete conveying and manufacturing process is proposed:sand,gravel and other raw materials are transported to the underground through the ground feeding hole,processed into finished concrete by the underground mixing station,and finally transported to the application site by trackless rubber tyred truck.The project design was successfully applied in Xiaobaodang Coal Mine.
