Coal sludge settlement efficiency and system optimization for Xiagou coal washing plant
The designed production capacity of Xiagou Coal Washing Plant is 3.0 Mt/a,which belongs to Xiagou Coal Mine supporting coal washing Plant.In July 2020,it was operated by Binxian Huabin Cleaned Coal Co.,Ltd.As the mine mining into the later stage,with raw coal quality changes,there is obvious problems with coal sludge water treatment system in the normal production process,which affect the normal operation.Through the system transformation of the chemicals-adding,raw coal grading and polyacrylamide and polyaluminum chloride ratio,plus increasing the concentration pool sludge monito-ring system,we solve problems of the poor settlement effect of concentration pool sludge,low operational efficiency of filter e-quipment and larger amount of chemicals for treating the sludge water during the production process of coal washing plant.
