智能化巡检机器人在煤矿变电站应用策略

摘要
智能化巡检机器人是煤矿变电站中较为常用的一种设备,可提升煤矿变电站巡视工作的效率,提升企业管理的整体质量.但智能巡检机器人的服务内容以及特性存在一定差异,对于整个系统运行具有较大的影响.基于此,从智能化巡检机器人的角度出发,分析智能化巡检机器人的组成,结合智能化巡检机器人的自主充电、安全识别、智能读表、避障、视频监控等功能设计与实现,探讨不同巡检模式的设计,分析智能化巡检机器人在煤矿变电站应用策略.结果显示,将智能化巡检机器人应用于煤矿变电站运行当中可提升变电站的巡检效率及质量,为提升煤矿企业智能化管理水平提供保障.
Abstract
Intelligent inspection robot is a kind of equipment commonly used in coal mine substation,which can improve the efficiency of inspection work in coal mine substation and the overall quality of enterprise management.We analyze the com-ponents of intelligent inspection robot from the perspective of intelligent inspection robot,and discuss the design of different inspection modes based on the functional design and implementation of the independently self charging,safety identification,intelligent meter reading,obstacle avoiding and visual monitor of intelligent inspection robot.The results show that applica-tion of intelligent inspection robot in coal mine substation can boost the inspection efficiency and quality,thus enhancing the intelligent management level of coal mine enterprises.
