煤矿立井四角罐道动力响应测试方法及结果分析

为探究煤矿立井四角罐道的力学特征,自主设计了一种适用于四角罐道的动力响应监测方法.通过增设加速度传感器与应变片及其动态测试系统,获取煤矿立井提升容器在多工况运行条件下,四角罐道结构所受水平位移时程数据信息.分析监测结果发现,停罐卸煤过程中四角罐道的水平位移随提升终端荷载的增大而增大;箕斗的下盘滑靴作用四角罐道时,引起的水平位移峰值为主井实测发生水平位移的峰值最大值位置;在静止工况下,四角罐道的水平位移峰值大于其在运行工况中的水平位移峰值;提升容器与四角罐道的相互作用力为低频冲击荷载.
Measuring method and results analysis of four-corner tank channel's dynamic response of coal mine shaft
In order to explore the mechanical characteristics of the four-corner tank channel,a dynamic response monitoring method suitable for the four-corner tank channel was independently designed.By adding acceleration sensor,strain gauge and its dynamic testing system,the time history data information of horizontal displacement on the four-corner tank channel structure of the mine shaft lifting container under multi-working conditions is obtained.Analysis of the monitoring results found that the horizontal displacement of the four-corner tank channel increases with the increase of the lifting terminal load during the process of stopping the tank and unloading coal;When the sliding shoe of the lower plate of the skip acts on the four-corner tank channel,the peak horizontal displacement is at the position where the actually measured maximum horizon-tal displacement peak occurs in the main well;In static conditions,the peak horizontal displacement of the four corner tank channel is greater than its peak horizontal displacement in operating conditions;The interaction force between the lifting con-tainer and the four corner tank channel is a low-frequency impact load.
