回采巷道过断层长短锚索组合支护优化技术

摘要
针对玉华煤矿柴家沟井42226 工作面运输顺槽过断层时围岩破碎、支护困难、巷道变形严重等问题,分析了原支护方案存在的问题,提出了长短锚索组合支护方案并优化了支护参数.现场实测结果表明,围岩在 20d 后开始趋于稳定,顶板最大下沉量为 158 mm,底板底鼓量最大为92 mm,两帮收缩量最大为166 mm,分别为原变形量的21.9%、16.4%和25.5%.顶板和两帮锚索受力在13d后开始逐步稳定在275~285 kN且有小幅度震荡,承载能力还有较大富余,巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制,能够满足安全生产的需要.
Abstract
In view of the problems such as broken surrounding rock,difficult support and serious deformation of roadway when the 42226 haulage trough passes through a fault in Chaijiagou well of Yuhua Coal Mine,the existing problems of the o-riginal support scheme are analyzed,and the combined support scheme of long and short anchor cables is proposed and the support parameters are optimized.The field measurement shows that the surrounding rock begins to stabilize after 20 days.The maximum subsidence of the roof is 158 mm,the maximum floor heave is 92 mm,and the maximum shrinkage of the two sides is 166 mm,which are 21.9%,16.4%and 25.5%of the original deformation,respectively.After 13 days,the stress of the roof and two sides of the anchor cable gradually stabilized at 275~285 kN,with a small amplitude of vibration,and the bearing capacity is still largely surplus.The deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway has been effectively con-trolled,which can meet the needs of safe production.
