Application of mind mapping in implementation stage of coal mine scientific research projects
Mind mapping is an effective graphical thinking tool to express divergent thinking.It is widely used in the fields of education,teaching,learning,writing and so on.It is also paid more and more attention in project management.According to the characteristics of mind mapping tool and the implementation process of two coal mine scientific research projects,aiming at the problems existing in the implementation process of the current research projects,the author uses mind mapping to car-ry out the process management of the implementation stage of coal mine scientific research projects from the perspective of the implementation process of these two coal mine scientific research projects,intuitively and clearly express the boring and complex project information to the project participants,train the divergent thinking of researchers,and promote the internali-zation,expansion and overall construction of knowledge of researchers,so as to improve their work interest,efficiency and in-novative ability,which not only is conducive to the efficient completion of project research content,but also provides a new method for the implementation of coal mine scientific research projects.
