综采工作面采空区多层位立体式瓦斯抽采技术

为了解决综采工作面上隅角及回风巷瓦斯问题,采用以"高位定向长钻孔+采空区横川埋管+采空区上隅角插管"方法强化采空区抽采为主,采空区中位钻孔、采空区穿透钻孔等抽采方法为辅的多层位立体式瓦斯抽采技术.采用该技术,工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度最大为0.65%,回风流瓦斯浓度最大为0.52%,有效解决工作面上隅角及回风流瓦斯问题,保证矿井的安全高效生产.
Multi-layer 3D gas extraction technology in goaf of fully mechanized working face
In order to solve the problem of gas in the upper corner and air return roadway of fully mechanized coal mining face,the method of"high directional long borehole+Yokokawa buried pipe in goaf+upper corner pipe insertion in goaf"is adopted to strengthen the extraction of gas in goaf,which is assisted by multi-layer 3D gas drainage technology of the medi-um borehole and through borehole in goaf.After adopting this technology,the maximum gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face is 0.65%and that in the return air flow is 0.52%,effectively solving the problem of the gas in the up-per corner of the working face and in the return air flow,and ensuring the safe and efficient production of the mine.
