小保当二号煤矿超长综采工作面初次来压规律分析

为探究小保当二号煤矿132202智能超长综采工作面初采阶段的压力显现规律,采用在线应力监测设备实时监测综采工作面各液压支架的应力数据.结果显示,在超长工作面来压前工作面局部发生一次小规模压力显现;超长工作面开始初次来压具有分区来压的特点,机尾侧率先来压,之后工作面机头侧和中部陆续来压,且工作面机尾侧来压强度整体高于机头侧.超长工作面初次来压总持续时间约29 h,其中整个工作面强烈来压持续时间约7.0 h;工作面机头侧初次来压步距约79.6 m,工作面中部初次来压步距75.6~82.6 m,平均78 m,机尾侧初次来压步距约74.7 m.
Initial weighting law of ultra-long fully mechanized working face of Xiaobaodang No.2 Coal Mine
In order to explore the weighting law of the 132202 intelligent extra-long fully mechanized working face in the ini-tial mining stage of Xiaobaodang No.2 Coal Mine,the online stress monitoring equipment is used to monitor the stress data of each hydraulic support in real time in the fully mechanized working face.The results show that:a small-scale pressure manifestation occurs locally on the working face before the extra-long working face is weighted;the extra-long working face starts to be weighted for the first time with the characteristics of zoned weighting,the tail side is the first to be weighted,and then the head side and the medium section is weighted one after another,and the overall weighting from the tail side of the working face is higher than that of the head side.The total duration of the initial weighting is about 29 h,of which the dura-tion of intensive weighting on the entire working face is about 7.0 h.The initial weighting step distance on the head side of the working face is about 79.6 m,the initial weighting step distance at the middle of the working face is 75.6~82.6 m with an average of 78 m,and the initial weighting step distance on the tail side is about 74.7 m.
