Numerical simulation of deformation mechanical properties of metal mesh supporting coal mine roadway under load
Aiming at problems such as the deformation of surrounding rock and the serious damage of supporting components in the strong mining roadway in underground coal mine, the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench is used to an-alyze the mechanical response characteristics of the anchor net support system composed of three kinds of commonly used metal mesh(steel mesh, diamond mesh, warp and weft mesh)coordinating with single anchor bolt under vertical load. The re-sults show that the ability of steel mesh to resist deformation is the greatest, followed by diamond mesh, and warp and weft mesh is the least. At the same time, the deformation resistance of the metal mesh can be effectively increased by increasing the cross-section area of the mesh.In the aspect of equivalent stress distribution of three kinds of metal mesh, the stress dis-tribution of steel mesh shows obvious zoning phenomenon, and the stress distribution of diamond mesh has anisotropic char-acteristics in the direction of wire extension. The failure modes of three kinds of metal mesh are mainly divided into node failure and tensile breaking.By comparison, the failure range of the diamond mesh is larger at the mesh wire node.
