Effect analysis of flexible net support of fully mechanized top-coal caving face at final mining stage in Huating Coal Mine
In order to ensure the safe and efficient withdrawal of the fully mechanized top-coal caving face in Huating Coal Mine,the 250107-1 fully mechanized top-coal caving face adopts the high-strength polyester fiber flexible net instead of the metal net roof covering technology at the final mining stage.This paper mainly introduces the preparation work and construc-tion technology of the flexible net,and analyzes the prominent advantages and existing problems of the flexible net in the fi-nal mining stage of the working face based on the engineering practice of the flexible net in the 250107-1 fully mechanized caving face.Aiming at the problems in the application process of the flexible net,we put forward the optimization of the size of the flexible net,the coordination of the metal net hanging technology,and the enhancing of technical measures for coal drawing and cutting process.
