摘要

采空区积水突水严重威胁着矿井的采掘作业安全,建庄煤矿212孤岛工作面两侧采空区均有积水,无疑增加探放难度.通过分析矿井的水文地质条件、埋藏条件、分布特征以及富水性变化的规律,进行采空积水和水头压力计算,判断煤柱承压水头能力,选择在建庄煤矿212工作面胶带运输巷和回风巷分别施工疏放水硐室,每个疏放水硐室施工3个钻孔对两侧采空水进行疏放.结果表明,采空区积水的水头压力分别为0.25 MPa和0.23 MPa,均未超过煤柱承载水头压力,煤柱处于稳定状态.对两侧采空区积水进行探放,消除采空区积水对212工作面巷道掘进产生的水害隐患,实现巷道的安全掘进,为类似采空区水害防治工作提供实践依据.

Abstract

Goaf water has a serious affect on the safe operation of coal production.The goaf water of two sides of Jianzhuang Coal Mine's 212 island working face,undoubtedly,increases difficulty in both exploration and discharge.Based on analysis of the hydrological conditions,buried conditions,distribution characteristics and water enrichment change law,calculation of goaf water and water-head pressure,and investigation of coal pillar's water-head bearing capacity,water-discharging cham-bers are constructed in belt transportation roadway and air-retaining roadway of the 212 working face,respectively,with each chamber having three borehole for discharging of the two sides'goaf water.Results show that the water-head pressure of the goaf water are 0.25 MPa and 0.23 MPa,respectively,which are below the coal pillar's water-head bearing pressure,leading to the stability of the coal seam.The exploration and discharge of the two sides'goaf water eliminates water disaster during the tunneling process of the 212 working face,thus realizing the safe tunneling of roadway.The study is of practical reference for goaf water prevention and control with the similar conditions.
