Application of optimization of train leveling and compaction system in Bojiang Haizi Mine
Due to significant differences in the distribution of coal resources and economic development regions in China,market demand and sales systems have led to the need for long-distance transportation of a large amount of coal.Bojianghaizi coal mine is a typical non-balance mode in terms of coal production and marketing region in China.The train leveling and compaction systems are adopted to effectively prevent coal from being scattered along the road and reduce environmental pol-lution and transportation losses.In order to meet the space requirements of loading stations,we have optimized the equipment framework,roller layout,and control room of the traditional leveling and compaction system,meeting the on-site space re-quirements and system usage functions.At the same time,it can save investment costs and achieve good economic benefits and application effects.
