Equipment for rapid tunneling system of auxiliary transportation roadway in Huangling No.2 mine
The rapid tunneling of roadway helps to achieve early mining of the mining face and also alleviates the tense situ-ation of alternating mining and excavation in the mine.The geological conditions within the excavation range of Huangling 215 auxiliary transportation roadway are complex with local coal and rock fragmentation,difficulty in surrounding rock sup-port,time-consuming and high risk.We propose the use of an intelligent control-based integrated rapid excavation system for excavating and anchoring to achieve rapid and safe excavation of mining roadway.The supporting equipment of the system includes anchor excavating machine,straddle-type anchor rod drilling vehicle,bendable belt transfer machine,walking self moving machine tail,dry dust removal system(optional),and intelligent control system.After on-site application,the month-ly footage of the 215 auxiliary transportation roadway can reach over 300 meters,which is more than twice the excavation ef-ficiency of general comprehensive excavators,achieving rapid excavation of the roadway,reducing workload,and improving excavation safety.
