Normalized management of coal mine safety under the new situation
With the promulgation and implementation of the revision of laws and regulations such as the Production Safety Law,the Coal Mine Safety Regulations,the Criteria for Determining Major Hidden Accidents in Coal Mines,and the Amend-ment to the Criminal Law(Ⅺ),coal mine safety management has entered a new normalized period,with higher and higher requirements for coal mine safety work from supervisory departments at all levels,higher and higher expectations for coal mine safety work from all sides of the society,and lower and lower tolerance for coal mine safety accidents from the public.The difficulty of coal mine safety work tends to increase,so we must adapt to the new normal,meet the new requirements and achieve new development in the new situation of coal mine safety work.This paper summarizes the new requirements of coal mine safety management under the new situation and new normal,examines the current situation of coal mine safety manage-ment,discusses the path and methods of coal mine safety management under the new normal,and proposes countermeasures and strategies for coal mine safety management under the new situation.
