摘要

为了缓解矿井采掘接替的紧张局面,改善巷道维护状况,最大限度提高资源回收率,针对花草滩煤矿实际生产条件,结合极限平衡理论及窄煤柱留设原则,通过理论计算及FLAC3D软件数值模拟,确定合理的窄煤柱宽度为6m.通过现场调研相似地质条件矿井的回采巷道围岩变形特征、围岩力学分析、围岩损伤和破裂分析、围岩破坏机理,并根据花草滩煤矿1109工作面地质资料及围岩状况,模拟分析部分支护参数对1109回采巷道围岩支护应力场的分布特征的影响,经现场试验的数据整理和验证,综合对比后确定了合理的支护参数,制定了窄煤柱掘进期间顺槽的合理支护方案.

Abstract

In order to alleviate the tension of mining and excavation succession,improve roadway maintenance,and maximize the resource recycling rate,in view of the actual production conditions of Huacaotan Coal Mine,combined the limit balance theory and the principle of narrow coal pillar reservation,through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation(FLAC3D),the reasonable width of narrow coal pillar is determined to be 6 m.Through field research on the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock,mechanical analysis of surrounding rock,analysis on surrounding rock damage and frac-ture,and surrounding rock failure mechanism,the effect of part of support parameters on the distribution characteristics of support stress field in the 1109 mining roadway surrounding rock is analyzed based on the geological data and surrounding rock conditions of the 1109 working face of Huacaotan Mine.After on-site verifying and industrial tests,reasonable support pa-rameters are determined,and a reasonable support scheme for the way during the narrow coal pillar excavation is formulated.
