Strata behavior and support adaptability of 30201 fully mechanized mining face in Hanglaiwan Coal Mine
Roof control of fully mechanized mining face is a key problem in mine safety production. It is necessary to study the law of strata behavior and the adaptability of support on fully mechanized mining face to ensure the safety production. The field observation is used to study the strata behavior law of 30201 working face in Hanglaiwan Coal Mine.It is found that the working resistance of the working face support is generally characterized by the distribution law of"large in the mid-dle and small at both ends".The average working resistance of the upper, middle and lower supports is about 31.76 MPa,37.91 MPa and 45.44 MPa,respectively, the average dynamic load coefficients are 1.228,1.413 and 1.291,respectively,and the average opening times of the support safety valve are 7.8,29.5 and 8.6,respectively.The mechanical model of sup-port-roof during normal mining and periodic weighting of working face is established, and the corresponding calculation method for the critical working resistance of support is given. The required load of support during normal mining is 14 700 kN,and the required load during periodic weighting is 17 050 kN.It is verified that the ZY21000/36/75D support of 30201 working face can meet the requirements of safety production. The research results can provide reference for subse-quent mine mining design and roof control.
