Influence of composite surfactant on the wettability of rock dust
This article takes rock dust from Yuwu mining area as the research object and explores the influence of composite surfactant AEO-7/DTAB,AEO-7/SDS,and AEO-7/SDBS on the surface wettability of rock dust,as well as their aggrega-tion behavior and wetting mechanism in various rock systems through molecular simulation. The conclusion is that the wet-ting rate of rock dust in the anionic/non ionic composite system exhibits a significant synergistic effect compared to other so-lutions.Surfactant molecules form micelle aggregates in the composite system, reducing the critical micelle concentration of the solution.By calculating the interaction energy of the simulation system, the order of the interaction energy between the liquid phase and the rocks follows the law of kaolinite>muscovite>quartz. At the same time,by comparing the influence of single surfactant on rock wettability, the compound solution has more advantages in improving the wettability of kaolinite and quartz, but it is difficult to change the wettability of muscovite system.
