Grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock in retreating roadway with composite crushing working face
The construction of retreating roadway is an important link in the safety production of mine working face.The se-vere and easy caving of the composite crushing working face would cause significant safety risks to the retreating operation.In order to solve the problems of difficult deformation management of the retreating roadway roof under the conditions of composite crushing and serious caving and easy caving,the grouting reinforcement of the machine-excavated retreating road-way on 23308 working face of the Yukou Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background,a low reaction temperature and high strength mine composite grouting reinforcement material SCPJG-2 is developed based on the comprehensive study on the three aspects of grouting material performance,grouting construction design and effect evaluation.The new technology of grouting reinforcement of roadway surrounding rock with composite broken roof is a safe and efficient way,which can effec-tively solve the difficulty of roadway construction of retreat roadway with broken roof working face and provide a more effi-cient technology for the reinforcement construction under the same geological conditions in the area.
