Key technology and consideration on the extension section of fully mechanized mining face
Due to the restriction of mining conditions,part of the length of fully mechanized mining face must be extended in the design,and the mining through the extension section and through the used roadway of the whole face has become the main factor restricting the safety production of fully mechanized mining face.Through drawing simulation and field practice analysis,the key technology and site management of the over extension section and through the whole used roadway of fully mechanized mining face are put forward,and the improvement suggestions for similar working face design are given.Through the analysis and field demonstration,it is shown that:when the fully mechanized mining face involves secondary extension and the contact roadway between the central transportation and return air roadways must be designed to solve the ventilation problem,it should not be designed in the same position with the secondary extension section;Reinforcement support must be carried out in the special section when passing through the extension section and the central measure roadway to prevent the caving of roadway or the crushing of fully mechanized mining support passing through the used roadway under the influence of mining and periodic weighting.When passing through the middle measure roadway and the extension section,it is neces-sary to make a comprehensive arrangement of the operation sequence,engineering quantity,labor organization,etc.,to avoid the confusion caused by cross operation.
