Cutting interference detection in coal mining process based on marine predators algorithm
The shearer and hydraulic support are the core and foundation of the construction of intelligent working face in fully mechanized coal mining.The coordinated and reliable operation of the shearer and hydraulic support is the key prereq-uisite for the realization of intelligent fully mechanized coal mining.In actual production,cutting interference often occurs between the hydraulic support face guard and the shearer cutting drum,which greatly increases the maintenance cost of the equipment and will lead to serious safety accidents.Although the current proposed cutting interference detection method based on machine vision can realize the basic cutting interference detection function,it is difficult to adaptively adjust the key parameters of the cutting interference detection system according to the environment,resulting in its low industrial adapt-ability and stability.The Marine Predators Algorithm is introduced to dynamically optimize the key parameters of the cutting interference detection system,adaptively adjust the performance of the cutting interference detection system,and effectively improve its adaptability and stability.The industrial test proves that the optimized cutting interference detection system based on the Marine Predators Algorithm has improved the accuracy of cutting interference detection by 16.67%compared with the original system,reaching 92.36%,greatly improving the industrial reliability of the cutting interference detection method based on machine vision in the coal mining process,which has stronger industrial application potential.
