察哈素煤矿目前采用的区域定位系统存在漏读问题,无法实时监测人员精准位置、监测井下车辆精准位置和车速等信息,使用效果较差、维护不便.为满足察哈素煤矿智能化矿井的建设要求,按照总体设计、分步实施,急用优先,与企业发展相配合的设计原则,基于TDOA的UWB精确定位技术,建设一套精确定位系统.该系统可实现人员精确定位、车辆精确定位、千兆自组环多类型接口附近设备可就近接入传输、车辆信号灯管理;井下的一个融合基站、地面的一套主备机服务器一个数据库,可通过BC/CS版软件进行管理和显示,实现一站多功能,后期可扩展,减少了井下设备安装数量和后期维护工作量.
Personnel vehicle precise positioning management system in Chahasu Coal Mine
The existing regional positioning system in Chahasu Coal Mine has miss reading,and cannot monitor the accurate location of personnel and the precise location and speed of underground vehicles in real time with poor application effect and inconvenient maintenance.In order to meet the construction requirements of the intelligent mine of Chahasu Coal Mine,in accordance with the overall design,step-by-step implementation,priority of urgent use and the design principles of support-ing enterprise development,a set of precision positioning system is built based on TDOA's UWB precision positioning tech-nology.The system realizes the accurate positioning of personnel,precise positioning of vehicles,equipment closing to multi-type interface of gigabit self-ordered ring being connected to transmission,and vehicle signal light management.Through an underground integrated base station and a surface database of a set of main and standby server,via BC/CS version software for management and display,one-stop multi-function and later expansion are achieved,thus reducing the number of under-ground equipment installation and later maintenance workload.
