矿用聚氨酯注浆加固材料存在问题及研究展望

聚氨酯注浆加固材料因其优异的综合性能在诸多的高分子化学注浆材料中处于领先地位,被广泛应用于煤矿巷道的注浆加固.为促进聚氨酯注浆加固材料在煤矿加固中的安全应用,还需要进一步解决阻燃性差、反应温度高、强度低等问题.在总结聚氨酯注浆加固材料在井下施工中存在问题的基础上,分析了近年来国内外聚氨酯注浆加固材料的研究进展,重点介绍了在保证材料强度的基础上降低反应温度、提高阻燃性能的研究,并对材料的应用与研究方向进行了展望.
Study and prospect on development of mine polyurethane grouting reinforcement materials
Thanks to its excellent comprehensive performance,polyurethane grouting reinforcement materials are in a leading position among many polymer chemistry grouting materials,especially in the field of grouting reinforcement of coal mine roadways.To ensure the safe application of polyurethane grouting reinforcement materials in coal mine reinforcement,some issues need to be addressed such as poor flame retardancy,high reaction temperature,low strength,etc.Based on review of the safety issues of polyurethane grouting reinforcement materials in underground construction,the research progress of poly-urethane grouting reinforcement materials both domestically and internationally in recent years is analyzed,with a focus on reducing reaction temperature and improving flame retardancy while ensuring material strength.Finally,the application and development of materials are prospected.
