Intelligent collaborative mining technology based on transparent geology in fully mechanized caving face
The intelligent mechanized caving face has been applied in mines with simple geological conditions,but it is rare-ly applied under complex geological conditions.The reason is that the structure,gas,water and other disasters affect the nor-mal mining of the working face,and at the same time,the geological basis is not strong during the process of fully mecha-nized top caving.Taking 4-2302 fully mechanized caving face of Jianzhuang Coal Mine as an example,combined with com-prehensive geological exploration project,and using multi-source data fusion technology,a high-precision multi-attribute model of the working face is built,adopting geological model profile-cutting technology,geological truncation curves are gen-erated and sent to the intelligent fully mechanized caving control center.Together with the precise control of three machines of fully mechanized caving,the intelligent mining and top coal caving are realized in the mechanized caving face based on transparent geology.The practical application proves that the technology has improved the efficiency of coal mining and real-ized intelligent fully mechanized top coal caving,providing reference for the realization of intelligent mining in mines with the same complex geological conditions.
