"三软"煤层工作面超前仰角注浆改造方法试验研究

注浆技术可以有效改造松软煤层的力学性能,也是控制"三软"煤层工作面变形破坏的有效手段.为了解决澄合煤矿1508工作面随采随落的问题,选用3种不同的注浆材料开展强度测试和有效扩散范围测试,利用模拟软件对1508工作面超前支撑应力、位移变化规律进行求解.结果表明,通过3组扩散半径试验可以得到胶结材料扩散半径大,黏结性好,浆液扩散后稳定性好,其扩散半径为142.75 cm;通过试验可以发现胶结材料注浆效果最好,注浆后工作面前方应力峰值会发生前移,这将极大地降低工作面液压支架的支撑压力,有利于工作面顶板的控制;通过对比加固前后位移变化规律,得到其沉降峰值降低了98.76 mm,沉降峰值出现的位置前移量为653.02 mm.通过以上研究,可对"三软"煤层工作面超前注浆改造技术的运用提供参数依据.
Grouting reforming method for pre-elevation angle of working face in"three soft"coal seam
Grouting technology can effectively transform the mechanical properties of the soft coal seam,and it is also an ef-fective means to control the deformation and damage of the working face of the"three soft"coal seam.In order to solve the problem of 1508 working face falling with mining in Chenghe Coal Mine,three different grouting materials are selected to carry out strength test and effective diffusion range test,and a simulation software is used to solve the change law of over-support stress and displacement in 1508 working face.The results show that:through three groups of diffusion radius test,it can be obtained that the large cementitious material diffusion radius will lead to good adhesion,the stability of the slurry af-ter diffusion is good,its diffusion radius is 142.75 cm.The test shows that the cementitious material grouting effect is the best,and after grouting the peak of the stress in front of the face will be shifted forward,which will greatly reduce the support pressure of the working face hydraulic support,which is conducive to the control of the roof of the working face.By compa-ring the change laws of displacement before and after reinforcement,the settlement peak is reduced by 98.76 mm,and the position of the settlement peak is shifted forward by 653.02 mm.The study provides the parameter basis for the application of the"three-soft"coal seam working face's super-advance grouting renovation technology.
