Optimization and effect analysis of fire prevention technology in fully mechanized mining face with large mining height
In order to optimize the fire prevention technology for the 30201 working face in Hanglaiwan Coal Mine and tackle CO over-limit problem at the upper corner,the cause of the CO over-limit is analyzed based on the characteristics of the working face with large mining height.The risk area of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf is determined using embedded beam tube observation and numerical simulation,the optimization scheme for fire prevention on the working face is put for-ward and its effect is analyzed.The results show that the risk area of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf is the range of oxi-dation zone.After the optimization,the distance from the return air side oxidation zone to the working face is decreased from 14~140 m to 5~85 m,the distance from the entry air side oxidation zone to the working face is reduced from 280~410 m to 210~285 m,and the width of the oxidation zone is shortened by about 60 m.The suffocation zone moves forward obvious-ly,indicating that the nitrogen injection measure is reliable and effective.
