为解决塔山煤矿矸石无效提升的问题,实现矿井的安全、高效、绿色开采.根据塔山煤矿实际开采现状及生产系统,结合煤矸智能分选系统布置原则,提出将井下煤矸智能分选系统布置在井底搭接硐室附近.同时,通过对塔山煤矿生产能力及原煤粒径进行分析,结合智能分选系统的分选能力,对系统的设备布置方案及主要设备选型进行设计,实施井下煤矸智能分选后可解决矿井的矸石无效提升问题,实现生态环境与经济效益的和谐统一,并为类似条件矿井进行井下煤矸分选提供相关设计经验.
Design of intelligent sorting scheme for underground coal gangue in Tashan Coal Mine
In order to solve the problem of ineffective lifting of gangue in Tashan coal mine,and realize safe,efficient and green mining of mines,according to the actual mining status and production system of Tashan Coal Mine,combined with the layout principles of the intelligent coal gangue sorting system,it is proposed to arrange the underground coal gangue intelli-gent sorting system near the overlapping chamber at the bottom of the shaft.At the same time,by analyzing the production capacity and raw coal particle size of Tashan Coal Mine,combined with the sorting capacity of the intelligent sorting system,the equipment layout plan and main equipment selection of the system were designed.The implementation of underground coal gangue intelligent sorting in the mine can solve the problem of ineffective lifting of coal gangue,achieve a harmony of ecological environment and economic benefits,and provide relevant design reference for underground coal gangue sorting in mines with similar conditions.
