钻孔中采集数据受钻孔外界干扰小,在钻孔中开展地球物理探测能够极大地简化物探正演反演解释模型,该方法是未来煤矿井下地球物理勘探技术发展的方向.无线电磁波随钻测量技术是将随钻测量的孔中数据利用无线方式传输到孔口,该项技术无需借助专门的孔中通信线路,能够进行数据传输,有效解决煤矿钻孔探查信号传输"最后一公里"的技术难题.主要介绍无线电磁波随钻测量系统构成及各部分的技术发展现状,列举技术装备存在的问题,重点分析无线电磁波系统中测量短节的准确性、测量短节类型、系统工作稳定性以及孔中测量部分电源续航能力的技术现状,并对未来测量短节类型及技术发展趋势、高速率数据传输,多学科协同数字化等方面进行展望.明确提出无线电磁波随钻测量、数据传输系统是实现全流程、智能化井下勘探作业和煤矿地质透明、智能钻孔探测的重要组成部分.
Current status and prospects of intrinsically safe electromagnetic wave drilling systems
The external interference in drilling is small,and conducting geophysical exploration in drilling can greatly simpli-fy the forward inversion interpretation model of geophysical exploration,which is the direction of future development of un-derground geophysical exploration technology in coal mines.Wireless electromagnetic wave measurement-while-drilling tech-nology is used to transmit the data measured during drilling to the hole mouth.Data can be transmitted thanks to the technol-ogy without requiring the use of specialized communication lines in the hole,effectively solving the technical problem of the"last mile"transmission of coal mine drilling exploration signals.We introduce the composition of the wireless electromag-netic wave while-drilling-measurement system and the current technological development status of each part,list the existing problems in the technical equipment,and focus on analyzing the accuracy,type,stability and power range of the measure-ment short joints in the wireless electromagnetic wave system.Finally,the types and technological development trends of fu-ture measurement short joints,high-speed data transmission,and multidisciplinary collaborative digitization are prospected.It is proposed that wireless electromagnetic wave measurement while drilling and data transmission systems are important com-ponents for achieving full process,intelligent underground exploration operations,transparent coal mine geology,and intelli-gent drilling detection.
