摘要
收尾工作直接支架、采煤机、刮板运输机等设备的回撤,针对山西焦煤西曲矿18405工作面在复杂地质构造条件下铺网收尾工作的难题,从铺网上板梁、扩大循环、机尾打设绞车硐室、绞车硐室抹角等几个方面设计了收尾安全技术措施,为设备的安全快速回撤奠定了良好的基础,保障了工作面的正常有序接替,提高了收尾工作的安全性和效率.
Abstract
The tailing-in work is withdrawal of equipment,such as direct support,mining machine,scraper conveyor,etc.In view of the difficult problem of mesh laying and tailing-in work in the 18405 working face of Xiqu coal mine under complex geological conditions,the safe technical measures for tailing-in work were designed from the aspects of laying the plate beam on the net,enlarging the circulation,setting up the winch chamber at the tail of the machine,and wiping the angle of the winch chamber,etc.,thus laying a good foundation for safe,fast withdraw of equipment,ensuring the normal orderly succee-ding in the working face,and improving the safety and efficiency of the tailing-in work.
