反渗透钻井液体系及运用研究

为解决油气田井壁失稳问题,提升油气田的开采效率,以某油田工程为例,对反渗透钻井液体系及运用进行分析研究.通过分析反渗透钻井液体系的结构,对水处理剂和封堵剂的性能进行分析,探讨在复杂地层中反渗透钻井液体系的应用技术,具体包括处理剂、致密砂岩气藏以及含盐储层等技术.研究表明,反渗透钻井液体系具有较强的封堵能力,在复杂地层中的应用可有效抑制泥页岩水化膨胀和预防缩径,且反渗层与岩心层间具有较强的分子间作用力,能够提高岩心抗温性能,减少井底返出的泥浆量,降低钻井液对储层的污染,通过对聚合物和无机盐等处理剂的应用能够降低成本,提高其使用效率.
Anti-permeability well-drilling liquid system and its application
In order to tackle the instability of oil-gas well wall and improve the mining efficiency of oil-gas field,an oil-gas field engineering is taken as an example,the anti-permeable well-drilling liquid system and its application is studied.Through analysis of the structure of anti-permeable well-drilling liquid system,the performance of water treatment agent and sealing agent is analyzed,application technology of the system in complex geological strata is discussed,including technolo-gies of treatment agent,tight sandstone gas reserve and rock bearing reservoir.The results show that the anti-permeable well-drilling liquid system is of stronger sealing capability,and its application in complex geological strata can effectively inhibit mudstone's waterized expansion and prevent shrinkage.In addition,the anti-temperature performance of rock core is im-proved,the discharge of mud from the bottom of well is decreased,and the pollution of well-drilling liquid to the reservoir is reduced thanks to the stronger inter-molecular action of anti-permeable strata and rock core.Thus the cost is reduced and the efficiency improved by application of polymer and inorganic salt.
