特厚煤层重复采动作用下采空区自燃"三带"位移变化

摘要
为探究特厚煤层重复采动下采空区煤自燃"三带"的分布特征,基于束管监测系统,在铜川下石节煤矿222工作面进行现场实测,确定其自燃"三带"的分布规律.借助Fluent软件分别模拟重复采动及单一采动时采空区内氧气浓度的动态分布规律,发现重复采动采空区内实测结果与数值模拟结果基本一致.与单一采动模拟结果对比,重复采动导致采空区内部的散热带和氧化带出现缩短趋势;在进风侧散热带前移6.8%,氧化带前移7.0%;回风侧散热带前移14.3%,氧化带前移11.3%.研究成果能够为重复采动作用下采空区煤自燃危险区域防治提供依据.
Abstract
In order to study the effect of repeated mining on the distribution characteristics of the"three zones"of coal spontaneous combustion(CSC)in the goaf of extra-thick coal seam,field measurements were carried out on the 222 working face of Xiashijie Coal Mine in Tongchuan,and the distribution on the"three zones"was determined based on the tube bun-dle monitoring system.Then,Fluent software was utilized to simulate the dynamic distribution of oxygen concentration in the goaf under repeated mining and single mining,respectively.Under repeated mining,the measured results in the goaf were in general agreement with the numerical simulation results.Compared with the single mining simulation results,the repeated mining resulted in a shortening of the heat dissipation zone and oxidation zone in the goaf.In addition,the heat dissipation zone on the inlet side moved forward by 6.8%,and the oxidation zone moved forward by 7.0%;and 14.3%forward shift of the heat dissipation zone and 11.3%forward shift of the oxidation zone on the outlet side.The research results provide a ba-sis for the prevention and control of CSC dangerous areas in goaf under repeated mining.
