摘要

针对大采高工作面末采期间回撤通道矿压显现剧烈,巷道支护困难等问题,以小保当一号煤矿112204工作面为背景,对末采回撤通道的围岩控制问题进行了探究.采用理论分析、现场实勘的方法,分析了 112204回撤通道围岩变形原因,明确了注浆加固机理,确定了合理的注浆参数.注浆加固后的112204回撤通道比112201回撤通道的顶板最大下沉量减少了 88.75%,同时末采收尾工作提前5.5 d结束.实践结果表明,对大采高工作面回撤通道进行注浆加固,能有效控制末采阶段巷道变形等问题,对实现安全高效、经济合理的回撤工作具有重要意义.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of severe mine pressure and difficult roadway support during the final mining period of the large mining height working face,the surrounding rock control of the final mining retraction tunnel was studied against the background of the 112204 working face of Xiaobaodang No.1 Coal Mine.The method of on-site investigation was used to an-alyze the deformation of the surrounding rock of the 112204 retraction tunnel,clarify the grouting reinforcement mechanism,and determine the reasonable grouting parameters.The maximum subsidence of the roof of the 112204 retraction tunnel after grouting reinforcement was reduced by 88.75%compared with that of the 112201 retraction tunnel,and the final mining fin-ishing work was completed 5.5 days earlier.The results show that the grouting reinforcement of the retraction tunnel of the large mining height working face can effectively control the deformation of the roadway in the final mining stage,which is of great significance for achieving safe,efficient,economical and reasonable retraction.
