基于定向水力掏煤的层内"保护层"强化抽采技术

为解决底抽巷穿层钻孔水力掏煤范围小、钻孔覆盖距离短、精准度差的问题,胡底煤业从本煤层极薄保护层定向水力掏煤防突机理分析出发,结合定向钻机无线测量技术及水力掏煤技术,在13091巷迎头钻场开展定向钻孔水力掏煤试验.实践表明,定向钻孔水力掏煤后钻孔抽采浓度和百米钻孔流量都有提升,同时缩短了抽采达标所需时间,实现了消突的目的.该项技术具有远距离、精准、全方位消突及经济效益好的特点,可以广泛应用于突出矿井的区域瓦斯治理.
Enhanced extraction technology based on"protective seam"in coal seam of directional hydraulic coal cutting
In order to solve the problems of small range,short distance of the drilling covered and poor accuracy of hydraulic coal cutting by through-seam drilling in bottom extraction,Hudi Coal Mine has started from the analysis of the mechanism of preventing outburst of coal by hydraulic cutting,combined with wireless measurement technology of directional drilling and hydraulic coal cutting technology,and carried out the hydraulic coal cutting test of directional drilling in the head-on drilling field of the roadway 13091.The practice shows that the concentration of drilling extraction and the flow rate of 100 meter drilling have both increased after hydraulic coal cutting of directional drilling,the time required to meet the extraction stand-ards has been shortened,and the goal of eliminating outburst has been achieved.The technology has the characteristics of long-distance,precise,all-round outburst suppression,and good economic benefits,and can be widely applied in the regional gas control of outburst mines.
