人工智能技术在煤矿巷道水雾除尘设备的应用探究

摘要
煤矿巷道是粉尘积聚和扩散的主要场所,对煤矿生产安全及矿工的健康造成严重影响,传统的巷道水幕除尘设备存在效果不佳、能耗较高等问题.人工智能技术在煤矿安全领域的应用 日益受到关注,巷道水幕除尘设备变得更加智能化、高效化和可靠化.首先介绍了人工智能技术的概念和发展,以及其在社会、经济、医疗、交通、教育等方面的应用前景.然后,分析了目前传统的巷道水雾除尘设备的应用现状和存在的局限性.最后,基于人工智能技术,提出了巷道水雾除尘设备的改进方向,包括智能监测与控制、数据分析与优化、自适应控制等.同时,探究了人工智能技术应用在智能水雾喷洒系统、智能风机控制系统和数据监测与分析系统中的效果.
Abstract
Coal mine roadway is the main place for dust accumulation and diffusion,which has a serious impact on the safety of coal mine production and the health of miners.The traditional roadway water curtain dust removal equipment has problems such as poor effect and high energy consumption.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,its applica-tion in the field of coal mine safety has also attracted increasing attention,and roadway water curtain dust removal equipment will become more intelligent,efficient and reliable.We first introduce the concept and development of artificial intelligence technology,as well as its application prospects in society,economy,medical care,transportation,education,etc.Then,the appli-cation status and limitations of the traditional roadway water mist dust removal equipment are analyzed.Finally,based on artifi-cial intelligence technology,the improvement direction of roadway water mist dust removal equipment is proposed,including in-telligent monitoring and control,data analysis and optimization,adaptive control,etc.The effect of application of artificial intelli-gent technology in intelligent water mist spraying system,intelligent fan control system and data monitor and analysis is explored.
