岩巷掘进工作面泡沫降尘技术试验研究

针对泥岩岩巷掘进工作面粉尘浓度较大的现状,使用泡沫降尘技术治理掘进工作面粉尘浓度较大这一难题,在综掘机后方安装矿用泡沫降尘装置,炮头处安装泡沫降尘喷雾,开展泡沫降尘试验.试验不同发泡剂浓度、不同风压、水压等参数对试验效果的影响.试验结果表明,泡沫降尘技术对岩巷迎头及司机室处的总尘以及呼尘均有较好的抑制效果,当水压为1.5 MPa,风压为0.5 MPa,发泡剂浓度为0.5%时,司机室处的总尘以及呼尘降尘率分别为86.88%和77.32%,实现从源头抑尘、降尘的目的.
Experimental study on foam dust reduction technology in rock roadway heading face
In view of the current situation of large dust concentration in the excavation face of mudstone rock roadway,the foam dust reduction technology is used to control the large dust concentration in the excavation face.The mine foam dust re-duction device is installed behind the fully mechanized excavator,and the foam dust reduction spray is installed at the head to carry out the foam dust reduction test.The effects of different foaming agent concentration,different wind pressure,water pressure and other parameters on the test results were tested.The test results show that the foam dust reduction technology has a good inhibitory effect on the total dust and respirable dust at the head of the rock roadway and the driver's room.When the water pressure is 1.5 MPa,the wind pressure is 0.5 MPa,and the foaming agent concentration is 0.5%,the total dust and respirable dust reduction rates at the driver's room are 86.88%and 77.32%,respectively,which achieves the purpose of dust suppression and dust reduction from the source.
