基于高位定向长钻孔的大佛寺煤矿卸压瓦斯抽采技术

陕西彬长大佛寺煤矿为高瓦斯矿井,绝对瓦斯涌出量190.4 m3/min.矿井瓦斯治理工作坚持"超前预报、组织管理、综合研判、技术保障、效果评价"相结合的综合防治工作体系,采空区卸压采用"大孔径、多层次、高负压、大流量、密集抽"技术思路.以40204工作面、4034上02工作面为研究对象,对工作面采动覆岩裂隙分布进行研究,模拟高位定向钻孔抽采下采空区瓦斯浓度分布,结合采空区"O"型圈模型的理论基础,针对大佛寺煤矿卸压瓦斯抽采的"高位钻孔设计、布置层位确定及抽采工艺"进行探讨,结合工程应用对瓦斯治理效果进行评判.结果表明,实施高位钻孔工艺后,工作面上隅角瓦斯稳定在0.15%~0.45%,回风瓦斯浓度稳定在0.2%~0.35%,证明高位定向长钻孔能够有效治理工作面卸压瓦斯,杜绝工作面瓦斯超限,确保矿井安全生产.
Pressure relief gas extraction technology based on high directional lone borehole in Dafosi Coal Mine
Dafosi Coal Mine in Binchang,Shaanxi is a high gas mine.The absolute gas emission is 190.4 m3/min.The mine gas control work adheres to the comprehensive prevention and control system combining"advanced prediction,organization and management,comprehensive research and judgment,technical support and effect evaluation".The pressure relief in goaf is based on the technical idea of"large aperture,multi-level,high negative pressure,large flow and intensive extraction".Taking the 40204 working face and the 4034 upper 02 working face as the research object,the distribution of mining-in-duced overburden fractures in the working face was studied,and the gas concentration distribution in the goaf under high-level directional drilling was simulated.Based on the theoretical basis of the"O"ring model in the goaf,the"high-level drilling design,layout layer determination and extraction process"of the pressure-relief gas extraction were explored,and the gas control effect was evaluated in combination with the engineering application.The results show that after the implementa-tion of high-level drilling technology,the gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face is stabilized at 0.15%~0.45%,and the gas concentration in the return air is stabilized at 0.2%~0.35%.It is proved that the high-level direc-tional long borehole can effectively control the pressure relief gas of the working face,prevent the gas overrun of the working face,and ensure the safe production of the mine.
