Comprehensive energy efficiency of dehydration system for pipeline coal slurry
In order to actively respond to the national call for energy conservation and consumption reduction,and promote the efficient energy conservation of Shenwei pipeline coal transport project,we taking the dehydration system of Shenwei pipeline coal transport as an example,analyze the production energy efficiency of different production units and equipment of the dehydration system of coal slurry transported by pipeline.The results show that the production energy efficiency of the dehydration system can be effectively improved by increasing the production load of the dehydration system.At the same time,the unit energy consumption of the product can be reduced by increasing the production load and feed concentration of a single centrifuge,boosting the feed concentration of the filter press,and reasonably controlling the feed time,so as to im-prove the production energy efficiency of the dehydration system.
