巷道围岩改性-支护-卸压协同控制方案研究

针对雅店煤矿深部高应力地质条件下巷道围岩大变形难题,以雅店煤矿ZF1407工作面为工程背景,分析得出巷道围岩大变形的主要因素为高应力作用、巷道掘进和回采影响.提出巷道围岩改性-支护-卸压协同控制方案,方案采用浅部高强度锚杆索支护、深部压裂卸压及破碎围岩注浆加固协同控制的方法,并进行理论论证和现场设计实践,通过观测方案实施后井下围岩情况与矿压监测情况.监测结果表明,方案实施后巷道变形量减小,工作面来压稳定,锚杆、支架受力情况得到明显改善.巷道围岩改性-支护-卸压协同控制方案可以有效解决雅店煤矿深部复杂困难条件下的巷道支护问题,保证巷道支护安全稳定.
Roadway surrounding rock control scheme via collaborative means of modification-bolting-pressure relief
In response to the problem of large deformation of roadway surrounding rock under deep high stress geological conditions in Yadian Coal Mine,taking the ZF1407 working face of Yadian Coal Mine as the engineering background,it is analyzed that the main factors causing large deformation of roadway surrounding rock are high stress,roadway excavation,and mining effects.A collaborative control plan for roadway surrounding rock modification,support,and pressure relief is proposed.The plan adopts the methods of shallow high-strength anchor cable support,deep fracturing pressure relief,and grouting reinforcement for fractured surrounding rock.Theoretical demonstration and on-site design practice are conducted.Through observation of the underground surrounding rock and mine pressure monitoring after the implementation of the plan,the results show that the deformation of the roadway decreases,the pressure on the working face is stable,and the stress situ-ations of the anchor rod and support have been significantly improved.The collaborative control scheme of roadway surround-ing rock modification,support,and pressure relief can effectively solve the support problem of roadway under complex and difficult conditions in the deep part of Yadian Coal Mine,thus ensuring the safety of roadway support.
