深部高地应力软岩大断面巷道支护技术

为解决2902下顺槽岩巷段深部高地应力软岩巷道受施工条件、施工技术水平等限制,巷道成型质量差,支护难度大等问题,通过对巷道围岩地质力学参数测试,测试分析出巷道围岩强度、围岩岩性、地应力参数.并基于测试分析结果提出深部高地应力软岩巷道控制原则,确定支护方式为"锚网索+套36U型棚+锚索梁+复喷+注浆"复合支护技术,结合巷道的关键支护参数,对其进行了全面研究.由现场观测可知,采取复合支护技术后,巷道顶板的最大下沉量为24 mm,在掘进17 d后巷道顶板的稳定性得以提高,支护效果、顶板完整性较好,能够有效控制深部高地应力软岩巷道的围岩变形.
Support technology for large section roadway in deep high geostress soft rock
In order to solve the problems of poor formation quality and difficult support of the deep high geostress soft rock roadway in the 2902 lower trough rock roadway section,which is limited by construction conditions and technical level,the strength,surrounding rock properties,and geostress parameters of the roadway surrounding rock were tested and analyzed through testing the geological and mechanical parameters of the roadway surrounding rock.Based on the test analysis re-sults,the control principle for deep high geostress soft rock roadway is proposed,and the support method is determined to be the"anchor mesh cable+36U shaped shed+anchor cable beam+respraying+grouting"composite support technology.Combined with the key support parameters of the roadway,a comprehensive study has been conducted.From on-site observa-tions,it can be seen that after adopting the composite support technology,the maximum subsidence of the roadway roof is 24 mm.After 17 days of excavation,the stability of the tunnel roof is improved,the support effect is improved,and the integ-rity of the roof is good.The control technology can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock in deep high geostress soft rock roadway.
