摘要
随着矿井智能化水平提高,煤炭资源采动强度加大,致使保证运煤设备的高效运转势在必行,煤流负荷异物监测系统对于综采工作面生产及运输系统运行影响重大,对保证矿井安全高效开采具有重要意义.针对煤流负荷及异物易造成井下设备停机及毁坏等问题,结合动态视频识别技术、机器视觉图像处理技术以及深度学习的目标识别算法,构建了煤流场景异物、负荷、刮板机断链检测识别系统,并提出不同煤流场景下相应的控制方案及综合管控系统,实现了对不同煤流场景故障的监测—预测—警报—自动控制,有效降低了生产和运输设备的故障率,提高了煤炭运输效率以及自动化水平,同时极大的提升了综采工作面智能化水平.
Abstract
With the improvement of mine intelligence level and the increase of mining intensity of coal resources,it is imper-ative to ensure the efficient operation of coal transport equipment.The coal flow load foreign body monitoring system has a great impact on the operation of fully-mechanized mining face production and transportation system,and is of great signifi-cance to ensure the safe and efficient mining of mines.In view of the problems that coal flow loads and foreign objects are easy to cause shutdown and destruction of underground equipment,the detection and recognition system for foreign objects,loads and scraper chain breaks in coal flow scenes is constructed by combining dynamic video recognition technology,ma-chine vision image processing technology and deep learning target recognition algorithm,and corresponding control schemes and comprehensive management and control systems under different coal flow scenarios are proposed.It realizes the monito-ring,forecasting,alarm and automatic control of faults in different coal flow scenarios,effectively reduces the failure rate of production and transportation equipment,improves the efficiency of coal transportation and the level of automation,and greatly improves the intelligent level of fully mechanized mining face.
