Evaluation model of standardization degree of fully mechanized mining operation and maintenance process
With the advancement of intelligent construction of coal mine,the operation and maintenance of fully mechanized mining equipment and system construction,mining and withdrawal are more stringent.However,the construction,mining and withdrawal operation and maintenance process has not yet been standardized at the present stage.In order to solve the prob-lem of low efficiency,low safety and poor order caused by just relying on operation and maintenance personnel's field expe-rience and working habits in fully mechanized mining operation and maintenance process,an evaluation model should be es-tablished to evaluate the standardization degree of fully mechanized mining operation and maintenance process.In this pa-per,a method for evaluating the degree of standardization of fully mechanized mining operation and maintenance process is proposed,which comprehensively considers the factors that affect the degree of standardization in the whole life cycle of fully mechanized mining operation and maintenance(before,during and after operation and maintenance),uses the analytic hier-archy process based on subjective expert inference and the entropy weight method based on objective data analysis to assign weights to indicators,and the standard of standardization degree is established to realize the hierarchical supervision of standardization degree.The method reduces the issue of low standardization of operation and maintenance operations,and ensures the orderliness,efficiency and safety of operation and maintenance operations.
