锦界煤矿31301运输巷围岩控制技术实践

煤矿工作面开采所导致的运输巷道发生严重变形,对井下运输与生产安全造成威胁.为有效解决由工作面开采所导致的一系列支护安全事故,以锦界煤矿31301运输巷道为研究背景,通过现场实地考察,对运输巷道原支护失效原因进行分析,由此为优化支护方案提供基础,并通过数值模拟与工程实测,对优化后的方案进行了验证.研究结果表明,胀裂、应力集中是巷道原支护失效的内因;数值模拟表明优化后的联合支护方案能够有效的控制巷道的变形;现场实测进一步验证了优化后的联合支护方案的有效性,可为相似工程提供借鉴.
Practice of surrounding rock control technology of 31301 transportation roadway in Jinjie Coal Mine
Serious roadway deformation occurs in the transportation roadway caused by the mining of the working face,which seriously endangers the underground transportation and production safety.In order to effectively solve a series of support safety accidents caused by the mining of the working face,taking the 31301 transportation roadway of Jinjie Coal Mine as the research background,through on-the-spot investigation,the failure reasons of the original support of the transportation road-way are analyzed,so as to provide the basis for optimizing the support scheme,and the optimized scheme is verified by nu-merical simulation and engineering measurement.The results show that the expansion crack and stress concentration are the internal causes of the failure of the original support of the roadway.The numerical simulation shows that the optimized com-bined support scheme can effectively control the deformation of the roadway.The effectiveness of the optimized combined support scheme is further verified by field measurement,which can provide reference for similar projects.
