深埋工作面回采巷道复合顶板水压致裂技术应用

随着煤炭开采由浅部煤层逐渐向深部煤层转移,所面临的高应力问题致使回采巷道围岩变形严重,而水力压裂技术作为深部煤层卸压解危的关键手段之一,其相关技术、工艺和设备等已经较为成熟.针对某矿130608工作面埋深大、承受的垂直应力较高,导致巷道围岩变形较大的问题,基于该工作面的地质条件和开采技术条件,提出了复合顶板水压致裂方案.现场实践结果表明,采用复合顶板水压致裂技术后,围岩应力峰值降低了 23.53%~25.13%,顶底板及两帮移近量降低了 41.64%~49.23%,卸压效果较好,可以大幅降低巷道围岩应力,有效控制巷道围岩变形,保障了工作面安全高效开采.
Application of composite roof hydraulic fracturing technology in mining roadway of deep buried working face
In recent years,coal mining has gradually shifted from shallow coal seams to deep coal seams,and deep coal seam mining is facing severe high stress problems,resulting in serious deformation of surrounding rock of mining roadway.As one of the key means of pressure relief and danger elimination in deep coal seams,hydraulic fracturing technology has been rela-tively mature in its related technologies,processes and equipment.Aiming at the problem of large buried depth and high ver-tical stress of 130608 working face in a mine,which leads to large deformation of roadway surrounding rock,based on the ge-ological conditions and mining technical conditions of the working face,a hydraulic fracturing scheme of composite roof is proposed and applied in the field.The results show that the composite roof hydraulic fracturing technology and scheme have better pressure relief effect,reducing the peak stress of roadway surrounding rock by 23.53%~25.13%,decreasing the convergence of the roof and two sides by 41.64%~49.23%,thus effectively controlling the deformation of roadway sur-rounding rock,and ensuring the safe and efficient mining of working face.
