超长综采工作面过断层超前注浆技术应用

针对超长综采工作面过大落差断层时,煤层破碎,承载力差,易出现工作面设备下沉、冒顶、片帮等问题,以陈四楼矿2901综采工作面为背景,提出了对工作面岩层破碎区进行超前注浆加固技术并进行了现场应用.2901工作面走向长1 184~1 200 m,在开采期间下顺槽推进至901X19点前25 m,工作面揭露落差6.5 m F501X5正断层,对工作面的回采将造成较大影响,因此根据注浆加固总体策略设计出参数及注浆工艺.实践结果表明,工作面推进至断层影响区时围岩岩体性完好,注浆后的变形量和变形速度随时间逐渐趋于稳定,工作面正常采煤时未出现片帮掉顶现象,提高了断层托顶煤开采质量,工作面能够安全通过断层,保证工作面的正常安全生产,并且具有显著的经济效益.
Advanced grouting technology for super long fully mechanized mining face passing through faults
In light of the super-long fully-mechanized mining face crossing large-drop faults,the coal seam is broken with poor bearing capacity,and the equipment of the working face is easy to sink and fall.Taking 2901 fully mechanized mining face of Chensilou mine as the background,The technology of advanced grouting reinforcement for fractured area of rock stra-tum is put forward.The strike length of 2901 working face is 1 184~1 200 m,and during the mining period,the lower min-ing entry is progressed to 25 m before 901X19,and the working face exposes a drop of 6.5 m F501X5 normal fault,which will have a great impact on the mining of the working face.The parameters and grouting technology are designed according to the general strategy of grouting reinforcement.The results show that when the working face is advanced into the fault affected area,the surrounding rock mass is intact,the deformation amount and deformation speed after grouting gradually tend to be stable with times,and no topping off and spalling phenomenon occurs in the normal coal mining,which improves the mining quality of fault-supported top coal,the working face can safely cross through the fault,thus ensuring the normal and safe mining of the working face with significant economic benefits.
