Optimization and transformation of double main fan operation ventilation system in Mengcun Coal Mine
Mine ventilation is one of the main technical means to ensure mine safety.Taking the ventilation system of Meng-cun Coal Mine as the engineering background,the original ventilation system is comprehensively analyzed,and the problems existing in the on-site ventilation scheme are put forward.The corresponding optimization and transformation scheme is pro-posed,and the simulation comparison is carried out.The results show that the three-dimensional model of ventilation system can be established based on ObjectARX technology.The error between the simulation results and the field measurement data is less than 10%,and the model and related parameters are reliable.According to the existing problems of mine ventilation system,three measures are put forward,such as the bottom penetration of No.2 return air shaft,the function optimization of central return air roadway,and the installation of air-regulating door before the main fan of No.2 return air shaft is not star-ted.According to the three improvement measures,the ventilation system after the transformation is simulated and calculat-ed.After the optimization measures are applied,the ventilation capacity of the main and auxiliary shaft bottom air-entering roadway and the No.1 return air roadway in the 403 panel meets the requirements of wind passing.After the No.2 return air shaft is put into operation,the wind speed of the central No.1 and No.2 auxiliary transportation roadways,the central belt roadway and the western contact roadway of the No.2 sump are 6.4 m/s,4.0 m/s,3.3 m/s and 3.8 m/s,respectively.The maximum wind speed of the No.1 return air roadway in the 403 panel is about 5.5 m/s.The existing problems with the ven-tilation system is effectively solved by implementation of the optimized scheme,realizing the reasonable configuration of the ventilation system.
