柠条塔煤矿工作面顶板烧变岩水害防治技术应用

摘要
陕北侏罗纪煤田内的烧变岩水害严重威胁着矿井安全生产,对该类水害隐患的防治工作刻不容缓.为了探索在神府矿区煤层顶板烧变岩水害防治技术,验证现有技术手段的合理可行性,以柠条塔煤矿为例,采用地面钻探、注浆帷幕、截流分离的方法对S1233工作面2-2煤层顶板1-2上煤层烧变岩含水层水害进行防治.根据地面注浆后在工作面实施检查孔钻探、抽水试验、压水试验及孔间CT探测、水质化验等效果检验,结合注浆前后放水试验成果,分析认为柠条塔S1233工作面烧变岩水害防治技术科学有效,治理工程应用效果良好,可为后期矿井防治此类水害提供依据,也可为区内条件类似矿井的防治水工作提供借鉴.
Abstract
The water hazard of burnt rock in Jurassic coal field in northern Shaanxi seriously threatens the safety of mine production,and the prevention and control of this kind of water hazard is urgent.In order to explore the water hazard preven-tion technology of coal seam roof burnt rock in Shenfu Mining area and verify the reasonable feasibility of existing technical means,taking Ningtiaota Coal Mine as an example,the methods of ground drilling,grouting curtain and intercepting flow separation are used to prevent and control the water hazard of the burnt rock aquifer in the upper 1-2 coal seam roof of the 2-2 coal seam in the working face of S1233.According to the results of inspection hole drilling,pumping test,pressure water test,CT detection between holes and water quality testing on the working face after ground grouting,combined with the test results of water discharge before and after grouting,the analysis shows that the water hazard control technology of burnt rock on the working face of S1233 is scientific and effective,and the application effect of the treatment project is good.It can pro-vide the basis for the prevention and control of this kind of water hazard in the later mine,and also provide reference for the prevention and control of water in the mine with similar conditions in the area.
