近距离煤层动压巷道稳定控制技术实践

摘要
针对陕西某矿1-3采区上覆3205工作面回采期间下覆3403工作面需要进行掘进的现状,为了确保下覆3403工作面煤岩得到稳定控制,利用数值模拟的方法,分析上覆工作面的采动应力和下覆工作面的掘进应力叠加的影响规律.采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件进行分析,确定了应力叠加的影响范围为水平层位相遇前70 m至相遇后20 m.在此基础上,分区域设计了相应的锚网索支护参数.通过实测巷道离层和变形,发现巷道顶板离层、下沉和两帮移近位移变化均控制在10 mm以内,变形得到了有效控制,验证了支护参数设计较为合理,保证了矿井的安全高效生产.
Abstract
In view of the current situation of the underlying 3403 working face needing excavation during the mining of the o-verlying 3205 working face in the 1-3 mining area of a mine in Shanxi,the superposition influential law of the mining stress of the overlying working face and the excavation stress of the underlying working face was analyzed by numerical simulation,and the influential range was determined to be 70 m before the horizontal layer encountering to 20 m after encountering.The support parameters for the relevant anchor-net-cable were designed in a zoning way.The changes of subsidence and the dis-placement of the two sides are controlled within 10 mm,and the deformation is effectively controlled,which verifies that the design of the support parameters is reasonable for ensuring the safe and efficient production of the mine.
